The scope, timing and final conditions are always confirmed in writing before work begins.
How long does it take?
After I review your material and access, we agree a date in writing. A simple presentation website is planned around the material you provide and the two included rounds of changes. Google verification can need extra steps and has its own timing.
What do you need from me?
Your services, opening hours, contact details, address or service area if applicable, and real photos. If you already have a domain or Google profile, I will need the access needed for the agreed work. I help you choose the material and prepare the text.
Whose are the website and domain?
Yours. The domain is registered in your name and you keep your access. You can move to another provider. The written quote identifies any renewal or hosting costs that apply.
What does the Google profile service include?
It reviews and updates the business information, services, hours and contact details; selects and uploads your real photos; and includes guidance on reviews and keeping the profile current. The starting state determines whether the written price is 150 € or 300 €.
Can you promise that I will appear first on Google?
No. Google controls verification, visibility and ranking. The work is to make the profile accurate, complete and easier to keep current; it is not a promise of a position, reviews or a number of calls.
How do I pay?
For the presentation website, half is paid at the start and the rest once you see it finished and working, before publication. The written quote sets the payment method, milestones, total and tax breakdown before anything starts.
What if I want changes?
The presentation website includes two rounds of changes before publication. New sections, functions or work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before they are done.
What does maintenance include and how do I cancel it?
Maintenance is optional and costs 59 € a month. It includes agreed updates to hours, services and contact details, backups, checks of links and contact access, and a monthly summary of work carried out. There is no lock-in; response times and the practical cancellation process are agreed in writing. New sections and features are quoted separately.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I work remotely and speak with you directly by email. If the work needs access to a domain or a Google profile, we agree what access is needed for that specific job.
Do you issue invoices?
The written quote details the applicable taxes. Before accepting any work, you receive the payment conditions and tax breakdown in writing.
